Guyana is preparing to welcome another major international mixed martial arts (MMA) event as RAGE 2 takes centre stage at Parc Rayne on Saturday, October 17, 2026, bringing together fighters from five countries for an action-packed night of combat sports.
Co-hosted by Guyana MMA and Fight Central, the event will feature competitors representing Guyana, Brazil, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname, and Venezuela, highlighting the growing presence of mixed martial arts across the Caribbean and South America.
Headlining the highly anticipated fight card is a showdown between D’Anjou and Bourne, a matchup expected to be one of the evening’s major attractions. Both fighters have been preparing for the encounter, setting the stage for a competitive contest as they seek to make their mark inside the cage.
Beyond the headline bout, RAGE 2 promises to showcase a variety of fighting styles, with athletes bringing their experience in striking, grappling, and other mixed martial arts disciplines to the competition.
The event will be staged at Parc Rayne, located at Rahaman’s Park along the East Bank Public Road, where spectators will have the opportunity to experience international MMA competition on Guyanese soil.
Organisers are offering three ticket categories, with general admission priced at GYD $4,000, ringside access at GYD $25,000, and VVIP tickets available for GYD $55,000. Tickets are available through designated outlets, including Palm Court and Lyft Gym.

With fight night approaching, attention will also turn to the official weigh-ins and fighter face-offs, which are expected to build anticipation ahead of the international encounters.
The staging of RAGE 2 represents another opportunity to increase the visibility of mixed martial arts in Guyana while providing local fighters with a platform to compete alongside and against regional and international athletes.
For Guyanese combat sports enthusiasts, the October 17 event offers an opportunity to witness international competition firsthand, as athletes from across the region converge on Georgetown for what promises to be a competitive evening inside the cage.
